Overseeding is usually done in spring or fall. We use an ample amount of Supreme Grade Kentucky Bluegrass seed on each broad cast application. It is a great investment towards your lawn once every two years. Pro-tip... it is best done directly after a core aeration. It is best to pair the two services together.

Brick edge borders are always a wonderful addition to your home. Brick edging borders are an excellent choice when deciding what to use to keep rock and mulch from over-flowing into your lawn. After a brick color and size is approved by the customer we always install bricks permanently in cement. Our brick edgings are typically bid by the linear foot.

Core Aeration
The purpose of our regularly scheduled fertilizing program is to provide your turf with the nutrients it needs to develop and maintain deep roots. The results (with proper watering practices) are turf grass areas that are healthy & dense with lush green color.
De-thatching
We are capable of providing you the option of over-seeding or slit-seeding for your turf grass renovation. We correct bare spots in established grass or create new lawns. We can help you determine which grass species or blend will thrive the best at your individual location. Factors to consider are sun-light to shade ratio the turf grass will receive on a daily basis, soil P.h. levels, anticipated foot traffic, water-flow/drainage, among other things.
